General

·      By completing a reservation through our official website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Booking. These terms govern all online bookings made directly with Lemonade Hotel Miri.

 

Room Reservation & Confirmation

·      All reservations are subject to room availability.

·      Once payment is successfully processed, a booking confirmation email will be sent instantly to your registered email address.

·      Please review all booking details carefully before confirming. The hotel is not responsible for errors or omissions made by the guest during the booking process.

 

Payment Terms

·      All online reservations require full pre-payment at the time of booking.

·      Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Internet Banking, and E-wallets via our secure payment gateway.

·      All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

·      Bookings not successfully paid will be considered invalid or cancelled automatically.

·      Malaysia Tourism Tax: Effective 1st January 2023, a Malaysian Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night is levied by the Malaysian Government under the Tourism Tax Act 2017, applies to all foreign guests (exempting Malaysian citizens and permanent residents). For Tourism Tax, hotel will collect upon check-in.

 

Cancellation, Amendment & No-Show Policy

·      All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated under a specific rate plan or promotion.

·      No-shows or early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay value.

·      Amendments to dates or guest details are subject to hotel approval and room availability.

 

Check-In and Check-Out

·      Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards (counter), 8:00AM onwards (self check-in)

·      Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (noon)

·      Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

·      A valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented at check-in.

 

 

 

Guest Responsibility

 

·      Guests are required to treat all hotel property and facilities with care.

·      The hotel reserves the right to charge for damages, losses, or any violation of hotel rules.

·      Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. A cleaning fee will be imposed for any violation.

·      The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.

 

Privacy & Data Protection

 

·      Lemonade Hotel Miri and Juicy Hospitality Sdn. Bhd. value your privacy and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia).

·      Information collected during booking is used solely for reservation, payment processing, and guest communication purposes.

Limitation of Liability

·      The hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, or third-party service interruptions.

 

Governing Law

·      These Terms of Booking are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

·      Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
